Getting No sound on some or all channels?
Go to the app’s SETTINGS and in ADVANCED SETTINGS.
Change ALTERNATIVE AUDIO DECODER to ENABLED.
Alternative Audio Decoder option is NOT available on all platforms.
Go back and go to REBOOT APPLICATION.
It is possible that some channels have no sound due to incompatible codecs.
Alternative Audio Decoder option is NOT available on all platforms.
Please check if you have sound on the Demo channels inside the app’s Embedded Portal before opening a ticket.
