Incorrect Date and Time displayed in Portal and wrong EPG for some TV's.
This happens if you use your service in a different timezone than your Provider (for example - abroad)
EPG may also be with wrong time.
If you have this issue please let us know
- How many hours you are ahead or behind the Provider's time.
- Make sure you check your TV's time/clock settings, also location settings must be correct.
Open a ticket giving us exact time offset you need and the TV's MAC (Software MAC if using WebOS TV) and we will set it up for you.
